Order No. 76 of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 22, 2017 “On amendments to the Order No. 717 of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2015 “On approval of the Rules for the procurement of goods related to the organization of nutrition of students in secondary educational institutions and ensuring nutrition of children in preschool educational institutions, orphans and children left without parental care” (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 14956, published in the information and legal system of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Adilet” on April 21, 2017).
The Committee for the Protection of Children’s Rights of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall:
1) state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order, send an electronic copy in Kazakh and Russian to the Republican State Enterprise with the right of economic management “Republican Center of Legal Information” for official publication and inclusion in the reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) after its official publication, post this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) within ten working days after the state registration of this order, ensure the submission of information on the implementation of the measures provided for in subparagraphs 1), 2) and 3) of this paragraph to the Department of Legal Services of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
