On January 30, 2026, as part of Damu Zhosparu on the topic “Hard work is the path to success,” a marathon meeting of professions was held with entrepreneur and founder of the catering company GASTROMAN, Gaukhar Iksanova. The goal of the meeting was to instill in students the value of work, interest in various professions, and respect for their own and others’ work. During the event, the speaker shared her professional and entrepreneurial experience, talked about the difficulties of the initial stage, and showed a video of her speech at an international conference. The students actively participated in the dialogue, asked questions, and received informative answers. The meeting was well organized and was both informative and motivational.
