History of the Establishment and Development of the School
Year of Foundation: May 31, 1994.
According to the decree of the Akim of Oral city, a school–kindergarten–gymnasium with an aesthetic focus was established.
In 1994, on the basis of the “Tyulpan” Kindergarten at Children’s Music School No. 3 (CMS), a school–kindergarten–gymnasium with an aesthetic direction was organized (Order No. 207 of the City Department of Education, April 1994).
In 1999, CMS No. 3 was reorganized into the music department of the aesthetic school-gymnasium (Order No. 113 of the City Department of Education, March 25, 1999).
Since 2008, according to Order No. 27/1 of the City Department of Education dated March 31, 2008, the aesthetic gymnasium and the gymnasium’s music department (CMS No. 3) were separated into independent structures.
Currently, the communal state institution
“Aesthetic General Secondary Education School-Gymnasium”,
under the Department of Education of Oral city, operates based on the decree of the Akim of Oral city No. 3396 dated October 21, 2016.

The gymnasium’s structure consists of three levels:

Kindergarten (ages 3–6)

Primary Gymnasium (pro-gymnasium) (ages 7–10)

Gymnasium (ages 10–16)

The first principal appointed was Danilova Yuliya Sergeevna (1994–2003). Being the founder of a school is a great responsibility and requires hard work. Yuliya Sergeevna, full of energy and creative drive, was able to form a unified and cohesive teaching staff in a short period of time.
Her love for her work and diligence inspired colleagues and motivated them to achieve more. In all her actions, a striving for order and precision was evident. During this period, about 200 students studied at the school.

Sayra Ismagulovna Tleuzhanova
From 2003 to 2018, the gymnasium was led by the talented educator, thoughtful and demanding leader, and highly cultured individual, Sayra Ismagulovna Tleuzhanova. Her tenure marked a significant milestone in the development and renewal of the institution.
Sayra Ismagulovna was a dedicated, wise, and visionary leader. She commanded great respect among the staff and students and served as a role model for all. Her main professional quality was the ability to approach each student individually, considering their abilities and interests, and to unlock their potential.
Under her leadership, the gymnasium’s material and technical base was significantly strengthened, and the quality of education improved considerably. A creative atmosphere was established within the staff, paving the way for innovative ideas and pedagogical exploration. The teaching team shaped by Sayra Ismagulovna continues to uphold these traditions to this day.
Kairzhanova Aliya Zulkarnaykyzy
From 2018 to 2025, the gymnasium was led by Kairzhanova Aliya Zulkarnaykyzy — a modern, forward-thinking, creative, and innovative leader. She made a significant contribution to enhancing the quality of education and introducing innovative ideas into both the pedagogical process and the management system, elevating the institution to a new level.
Under Aliya Zulkarnaykyzy’s leadership, the “Digital Gymnasium” strategic development model was created and systematically implemented. Numerous scientific projects were organized to support students, and learners actively participated in national and international scientific competitions and olympiads.

Thanks to the initiatives aimed at supporting young people and unlocking their potential, the reputation of the gymnasium grew, and academic achievements rose to a new level. Under her leadership, the school staff successfully combined creativity and professionalism, reaching outstanding results.
Aliya Zulkarnaykyzy is a holder of the “Master Teacher” category and a recipient of the Y. Altynsarin badge of honor. Through her dedicated work, she serves as a role model for the staff and makes an invaluable contribution to the field of education by introducing innovative ideas.
Akashaeva Ziyada Miraskyzy
Akashaeva Ziyada Miraskyzy is a 2024 graduate of the “Thousand Leaders” program and a modern, proactive, and highly responsible leader. From July 1 to September 2, 2025, she served as the acting principal of the gymnasium.
In a short period, Ziyada Miraskyzy implemented numerous meaningful initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education and strengthening creativity and collaboration within the school staff. Her professional competence and leadership skills had a positive impact on the development of the school community.


Alpamysova Elmira Alpamyskyzy – Principal of the Gymnasium
On October 20, 2025, Alpamysova Elmira Alpamyskyzy was appointed as the director of the gymnasium. She is a highly qualified leader with modern thinking, an innovative outlook, and a creative approach to her work. Elmira Alpamyskyzy is distinguished by her professional expertise, strategic mindset, and ability to unite the team toward common goals.
Under her leadership, new methods and innovative technologies aimed at improving the educational process have been introduced, and the professional potential of the teaching staff continues to grow. She pays special attention to unlocking each teacher’s creative abilities and creating favorable conditions for the all-round development of students.
Thanks to her leadership skills, responsibility, and pedagogical experience, the gymnasium has become a center of innovation, creative exploration, and unity.

Elmira Alpamyskyzy continues to make a significant contribution to the implementation of the gymnasium’s development plan and works successfully to enhance its reputation.



In 2024, our gymnasium celebrated its anniversary with great festivity.
The beautifully decorated “Atameken” Palace of Culture hosted a remarkable event where the history and present of the institution came together. Veterans of pedagogical service, the first teachers of the gymnasium, and alumni who made a significant contribution to the school’s development were invited to the ceremony.
The celebration took place in a warm and joyful atmosphere, with every moment filled with nostalgia and pride. During the event, teachers and honored veterans who had devoted their careers to the school since its opening, as well as educators who led their students to victories in various olympiads and competitions, were recognized and awarded.
Guests fondly recalled their school years, shared heartfelt memories and experienced the joy of reuniting. In the foyer of the Palace of Culture, an exhibition of students’ creative and scientific projects was held. Young researchers and talented performers presented their achievements in science, technology, and the arts, clearly showcasing the intellectual and creative potential of the gymnasium.
This anniversary became a vivid symbol of generational continuity, teacher dedication, and boundless love for the school. Uniting the past and present of the gymnasium, the celebration marked the beginning of new initiatives and fresh ideas aimed at the future.
