On Amendments to the Order No. 76 of February 22, 2017, of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments to Order No. 717 of December 31, 2015, of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Approval of the Rules for the Procurement of Goods Related to the Organization of Nutrition for Students in General Education Organizations and Ensuring the Nutrition of Pupils and Students in Preschool Education Organizations, as well as Orphans and Children Left Without Parental Care’”

The Committee for the Protection of Children’s Rights of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. Shall ensure the state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2. Within ten calendar days from the date of state registration, shall submit electronic copies of this order in Kazakh and Russian for official publication and inclusion in the Standard Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republican State Enterprise “Republican Center for Legal Information”;

3. Shall ensure the posting of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4. Within ten working days after state registration, shall provide the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan with information on the implementation of the activities specified in subparagraphs 1), 2), and 3) of this paragraph.
