"Choreography Department"

    Duration of study: 5/9 years.

The curriculum hours for the Choreography Department are approved in accordance with the standard 5/9-year training plan:

• Classical dance - 2 hours (grades 1-2), 4 hours (grades 3-9);

• Folk stage dance - 4 hours (grades 4-9);

• Rhythmics - 1 hour (grades 1-2), 2 hours (grade 3);

• Music literacy - 1 hour (grades 1-4);

• Contemporary dance - 1 hour (grades 1-9);

• Kazakh choreography - 1 hour (grades 4-6);

• Foreign choreography - 1 hour (grades 5-7);

• Preparation of concert numbers

The main task of the teachers of the choreography department is to instil endurance, determination and willpower in children. During lessons, teachers have a comprehensive, methodically targeted impact on the child's personality, helping them to achieve a sense of freedom, confidence and comfort in the world around them.   Classes are taught in Kazakh and Russian.
