During the year, the teachers of the Art Department conducted various activities in accordance with the gymnasium’s development plan.

At the school, decorative work was carried out for events and holidays: corridors and classrooms were decorated in various thematic styles to create a special atmosphere for students and their parents.

In addition, an exhibition of decorative and applied arts titled “National Art — Heritage for Future Generations” was organized, featuring works in national styles created by students, teachers, and parents. The exhibits included embroidery, knitting, wooden and paper crafts, as well as other artisanal creations.

The goal of the exhibition was to develop students’ creative abilities, promote national values, and revive forgotten traditions of folk decorative and applied arts.

A master class titled “Family Workshop” was conducted with the participation of students and their mothers. A master class on decorative and applied arts, “Pumpkin Making”, was also organized. This event not only developed the creative abilities of children and parents but also aimed to strengthen the connection between family and school.

Art teacher Shakizat Bolatovna Bekisheva conducted a master class on “Non-Traditional Drawing Techniques”.
Art Department teachers Amina Berkinovna Atauova and Nadiya Sagitovna Kazhgaliyeva held a master class on making a brooch titled “Rose”.

Throughout the year, various drawing competitions were organized at the school, which contributed to the development of students’ creative abilities and increased their interest in visual arts. Winners and active participants of the competitions were awarded diplomas and letters of appreciation, and their works received high recognition. These events inspired the students and motivated them to pursue paths related to art in the future.

Various fairs were organized throughout the year. In particular, at the “Autumn Asar” fair, the items created by children from fruits and vegetables required exceptional creative imagination. A wide variety of unusual and interesting works were presented.

Each quarter, during school holidays, the teachers of the Art Department organized excursions for students to various historical museums and exhibition halls in our city.

For the New Year and Nauryz holidays, the teachers and participants of the Art Department decorated the school. Fifth-grade students made ornaments for the Christmas tree, while senior students arranged the photo zone.

Our students and teachers participated in various Republican festivals of decorative and applied arts. In the “Tekemet ART” festival, 2nd grade student Zhanel Khisametdinova took part.

This academic year, around 30 workshops and 20 open lessons were held. Several drawing competitions and exhibitions were also organized.

Students from the 3rd and 4th grades of the art department went on an outdoor painting session in the City Park of Culture and Recreation. The children drew inspiration from nature and the spring atmosphere, creating several watercolor studies. Each student interpreted the landscape in their own way and was able to convey their genuine impressions on paper. This day became an unforgettable creative experience for the students.

Our talented and skilled students participated in various competitions throughout the year and achieved great success. There were 20 international winners, 50 national winners, and 35 city-level winners.
