Organized by the “Daryn” Republican General Proficiency Olympiad, students from the city of Oral actively participated in the city and regional stages of the Republican Olympiad in general education subjects for 5th-11th grade students for the 2025-2026 academic year, testing their knowledge.

🔹 A key feature of this year’s Olympiad was that the number of participants in the city-level competition for grades 7-11 was allocated based on each school’s student population, allowing multiple students from each school to participate in various subjects.

🔹 Additionally, the number of students from city schools participating in the regional stage also increased compared to previous years.

It should be noted that this initiative was implemented with the support of A.Z. Kairzhanova, Head of the Oral Regional Department of Education. Also, a great deal of credit goes to T. Nuryshov, a geography teacher at D. Qonayev School No. 44 in Oral, who raised the teachers’ proposal on this issue and contributed to its implementation.

🏆 The awards ceremony for the city-level olympiad winners was also organized at a high level, and the teachers who have been systematically working with talented students were duly recognized.

📍 On January 15, 2026, the “Summit of Olympus” ceremony was held at EBG to award the winners of the city and regional stages of the republican Olympiad.

The gymnasium’s director, E.A. Alpamyсова, awarded the winning students, expressed gratitude to their mentors, and also thanked the parents.

🎁 The gifts presented to the students were organized with the support of the Gymnasium’s Board of Trustees. About this, parent Alfiya Kinzheeva mentioned in her congratulatory speech.
