- Systematic management of the work of teachers according to the plan of creative stages, generalization and generalization of own experiences through independent work (author’s program, collections, techniques)
- Focus on the preparation of a new format workbook, working on creative themes teachers towards the introduction of updated education content
- Effective use of social networks, cloud services, QR-coding technologies in the daily educational process;
- Increase of the share of teachers using Quizz, Kahoot, Quzle, Padlet, Plikers, interactive education in daily practice
- Implementation in each innovative project association
- Improving the quality of education through the effective use of new technologies

- Adapts to the current needs of society in the educational environment;
- Organizes the pedagogical process and the assimilation by the teacher of modern teaching methods, accumulation of knowledge in the field of own subject with the help of ICT technology;
